Tender: Revamping & Modernization of Hall and MIS Development — Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Dept, Punjab (Lahore)

Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore invites electronic bids for procurement of services for revamping, renovation, beautification and modernization of an existing hall for establishment of a command center under ADP scheme and development of a Management Information System (MIS) for Social Welfare Department across Punjab for Financial Year 2026-27.

- Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.punjab eprocure.gov.pk) and the PPRA website.

- Electronic bids must be submitted online via e-PADS (www.punjab eprocure.gov.pk). Scanned copy of bid security (2% of estimated cost) in the form of CDR/bank guarantee in favour of Additional Secretary, Social Welfare & BM Department, Punjab must accompany the electronic bid.

- The original instrument of bid security must be delivered to the Office of the Additional Secretary, Social Welfare & BM Department, Punjab, Lahore (12-M Model Town Extension) before the closing time of submission.

- Procurement procedure: Single Stage — Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The procurement will be conducted under PPRA/Provincial rules referenced in the notice.
