Eligibility & procedure notes:
- Registered firms/companies on PPRA-Punjab website and manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, sales agents or distributors of reputable firms may participate.
- Tender documents, item specifications and submission procedures are available on the PPRA/ Punjab e-procurement portals (punjabep.gov.pk); details of provision of items available from PPRA website and EPADs.
- No cutting or amendment in the bid quoted by bidders through electronic system will be accepted. Late bids or bids without required CDR will be rejected. Firms submitting fake information may face blacklisting by regulatory bodies (PPRA, FBR etc.).
- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per policy.
