Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners (academies, institutes, IT/software houses) to deliver a free High-Tech IT training programme with international certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.

Key eligibility & requirements:
- Only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained.
- Principal / Vendor Partner model accepted (academies/institutes).
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes and software houses are preferred.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
