Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver free high-tech IT training under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III in partnership with international certification agencies and local institutes/academies.
Purpose: Selection of qualified training partners to deliver internationally certified IT courses across multiple high-demand trades. Interested partners must apply online.

Eligibility & Key Conditions:
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes and software houses are preferred.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Principal / Vendor Partner arrangements allowed (academies / institutes).
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in international certification delivery (Batch II) will not be entertained.
