Inspector General of Prisons, Balochistan (Inspectorate of Prisons, Samungli Road, Quetta) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the auction of rights to run prison canteens/cum utility stores for the listed prisons for the forthcoming term.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents are available from the office of the Inspector General of Prisons, Balochistan (Samungli Road, Quetta) on payment of the stated non-refundable auction fee. Fee payment must be made via Green Challan in favour of Inspector General of Prisons Balochistan (Account No. O-02661) at State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan.
Bid submission: Original auction fee receipt must be attached and bid security (deposit/bank draft) must be submitted in the name of Inspector General of Prisons Balochistan, Quetta. Bids must be submitted latest by 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM to the office of the Inspector General of Prisons, Samungli Road, Quetta. Bids will be opened on 2026-07-28 at 12:00 PM.
Eligibility & required documents: Attested copy of CNIC; copy of Active Taxpayer (Income Tax / Sales Tax) and BR&A certificates; evidence of at least three similar assignments in Balochistan (Public/Government sector) during the last three financial years (FY 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26); valid police character verification certificate (attested). The successful bidder will be responsible for payment of all applicable government taxes.
Issuance period: Auction documents will be issued from the date of publication of this notice up to 2026-07-27 during office hours on working days.
