NUTECH Islamabad Tender: Construction of Student and Faculty Hostels (EPADS)

Project Management Office (PMO), National University of Technology (NUTECH), Islamabad invites electronic bids via EPADS for construction works under PSDP “Establishment of Campus NUTECH” Islamabad: Construction of Student Hostel (Const/06) and Construction of Faculty Hostel (Const/07). Bidders must be registered with PEC and tax authorities. Student Hostel: PEC C-3 or above (CE-10/CE-11 & EE-11), bid security 5,000,000/-. Faculty Hostel: PEC C-4 or above (CE-10/CE-11 & EE-11), bid security 2,500,000/-.

Bids must be submitted online through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 4 Aug 2026 at 11:00 hours; technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:45 hours. Original bid security (pay order/demand draft) in favor of “Development Project Security Account” must be delivered to the PMO by 11:00 hours on 4 Aug 2026.
