REDAMCO RFP for Planning, Feasibility & Transaction Advisory Services — Submission by 2026-07-16

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a Ministry of Railways state-owned enterprise, invites Technical and Financial proposals from experienced and capable consultancy firms registered with relevant authorities for “Planning, Feasibility Study & Transaction Advisory Services.” Procurement will follow Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Scope / Objectives

Eligibility and Submission Requirements

Firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments and must submit separate Technical and Financial proposals as required. RFP documents will be available on e-PA system, PPRA website and REDAMCO website from date of publication. Submission of Technical & Financial (hard copy) is mandatory to the addressee and uploading on e-Pads is mandatory.

Deadline & Opening

Late submissions or proposals not conforming to the prescribed method will be rejected. REDAMCO will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by consultancy firms. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all RFPs in accordance with applicable PPR rules.
