Tender for Supply & Installation of 250kVA UPS — AL-Technique Corporation (Tender No. 04/2026)

AL-Technique Corporation of Pakistan Limited (ATCOP) invites sealed bids from OEMs, authorized distributors, contractors and firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax for the supply and installation of a 250kVA UPS at Lahore. A single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted; bids must be submitted as two separate envelopes clearly marked "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid".

Eligibility & Procurement Details: Bidders must be OEMs or authorized distributors/contractors/firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax. Tender documents are available from the Head (Admin) office at ATCOP, PARAS Building, 18-KM Multan Road, Lahore during office hours (08:00–16:00) on working days. Documents can be purchased up to the bid submission date on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 by Pay Order / Demand Draft / Cash in favor of "Chief Financial Officer, ATCOP, Lahore."

Submission & Opening: Technical and financial envelopes will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids must be received via authorized representative or registered post by the deadline. Late bids will not be accepted.

How to obtain documents: Collect tender documents from Head (Admin) Office, ATCOP, PARAS Building, 18-KM Multan Road, Lahore during office hours (08:00–16:00) on working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) up to 2026-07-14 upon payment of the required fee.
