The National Highway Authority (Maintenance Region M-3) invites e-bids for 12 routine maintenance contracts on Motorway M-3 (Lahore–Abdul Hakeem Section). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR, and hold valid PEC registration C-5 or above with specialization in CE-01 & CE-10.
