- PhD or terminal degree in a STEAM or closely related field (engineering, computer science, applied or data sciences, interdisciplinary STEM, humanities, social sciences, liberal arts) or demonstrable experience leading major higher-education initiatives.

- Experience at the intersection of academic and practice (industry, startups or applied research) is preferred. International candidates and Pakistani nationals are welcome; visa and relocation support is available.
