Aitchison College Lahore Tender: Supply of Classroom Furniture (Bid Deadline 2026-07-16)

Aitchison College, Lahore invites sealed tenders from school furniture manufacturers for the supply of classroom furniture on a two-envelope single-stage basis. Tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee and bids must include required bid security and supporting documentary evidence. Technical proposals will be opened in the college administration block in the presence of bidders.

Mandatory documents to accompany each bid:

1. Name, address and telephone number of the firm
2. Date of establishment of the firm
3. Updated evidence of registration with PEC and other relevant bodies
4. Details of similar works completed in the last 5 years with client/executing agency, job value, completion time and completion certificate
5. Details of works currently in hand showing location and client name
6. Bio-data of key personnel
7. Details of plant and machinery
8. Details of cases/litigation, if any
9. Certificate regarding financial stability

All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security and submitted by the stated deadline. The college reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
