Privatisation Commission Extends EOI Deadlines for FESCO, GEPCO & IESCO (Batch-1 DISCOs)

Privatisation Commission of the Government of Pakistan invites revised Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the privatisation of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) and Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). The sale contemplates acquisition of 51% to 100% share capital together with management control in each company. EOIs must be submitted by the revised deadlines and will be accepted up to 16:00 Hours Pakistan Time on the dates shown below.

Interested parties should consult the Privatisation Commission website for full EOI instructions, submission requirements and eligibility criteria. The Privatisation Commission and its appointed Financial Advisor reserve the right to change deadlines at their sole discretion; all other terms and conditions remain the same.
