EOI: Procurement of Advertising, Media Production & Placement Services (Balochistan)

Issuing Authority: Chief Executive Officer (EOI notice). Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for procurement of advertising, media production and placement services. Note: For all Government of Balochistan procurements, whether electronic or manual bidding submission, all bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Document fee: Nil.

Eligibility / Mandatory Requirements:

• Assignment(s) of similar nature and complexity.
• Minimum turnover: 5 million PKR (requirement stated).
• Presence on Active Tax Payers List.
• Sales Tax registration is required for this assignment.
• Bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
• Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required and mandatory.

How to obtain EOI documents: EOI documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned (and may be available for download from the BPPRA portal). All clarifications, document collection and submissions are handled from the procuring office in Quetta. EOIs will be opened on the specified opening date and time at the office of the undersigned. Bidders must ensure registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA before submission.

Important notes: Follow the eligibility criteria carefully; Sales Tax and provincial revenue registration are mandatory. Document fee is Nil but online registration at BPPRA is mandatory for submission.
