Health & Population Dept, Punjab — Invitation for E-Bids for Framework Contract of Goods (FY 2026-27)

Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab (1-Birdwood Road, Lahore) invites e-bids from eligible bidders for a framework contract for procurement of goods for the financial year 2026-27. Covered goods include stationery, printing, computer stationery, IT equipment, plant & machinery, furniture & fixtures, general store and office items.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and the Health & Population Department website and may be downloaded free of cost.
• All bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk or the EPADS login) in accordance with the bidding document.
• Bid security in the shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR / Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit must be furnished. Original bid security in favor of the Health & Population Department must be submitted physically to the office of the Section Officer (General), 1-Birdwood Road, Lahore, as specified in the bidding document.
• Bidders are responsible for timely online submission; ensure uploading of bids on EPADS before the submission deadline. The department will not be responsible for submission failures caused by bidders.
• All assessments, procurement procedure, receiving, opening and awarding shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).
