Issuer: National Highway Authority, Maintenance Region (M-3), Lahore. Purpose: Invitation to e-bids for twelve (12) routine maintenance packages on Motorway M-3 (Lahore–Abdul Hakeem section). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department, be on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR) and hold valid PEC registration C-5 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10.
Bidding method: Single-Stage, Two-Envelopes. Bidding documents (terms & conditions, procurement method and bidding schedule) will be available on the e-bidding portal. E-bids must be submitted electronically. Technical bids will be opened on the submission date; financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later as per bidding documents. Firms are advised to obtain e-procurement/PPRA registration at eprocure.gov.pk.
