Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites e-bids from reputed and financially sound authorized distributors / dealers / importers registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable) for the procurement of winter / spring flower seeds on an annual framework contract basis for FY 2026-27.
Eligible bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be processed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure).
