Issuer: Feroze1888 Mills Limited. Notice pursuant to Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 informing members that ten persons have filed notices offering themselves for election as Directors of the Company at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
EGM: Monday, 20 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Venue: Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) Auditorium, Chartered Accountants Avenue, Clifton, Karachi. A video link will be made available.
Because the number of persons offering themselves for election is not more than the number of Directors fixed by the Board under Section 159(1), the listed persons shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing on 20 July 2026.
