District Council Sialkot Tender – Construction of Nullah Near Azam House (Pasrur) – Bids Due 2026-08-06

Issuer: Office of the District Council Sialkot (Chief Officer).

Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids for construction work under the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab website for the Financial Year 2026-27. Only bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be considered.

Key submission details:

• Submission deadline: 2026-08-06 at 11:00 AM (electronic submission only).
• Bid opening: 2026-08-06 at 1:30 PM in the office of the District Council Sialkot (bidders or authorized representatives may attend).
• Bid validity: 60 days from the date of opening unless otherwise specified.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost via Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) issued/transmitted through SWIFT MT760 via the Punjab e-Procurement System (PSID). Physical securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted.
• Performance security: Successful bidder must furnish 5% Performance Security of the contract price through SWIFT MT760 in accordance with PPRA/Punjab Procurement Rules.
• Manual, e-mailed, couriered, or hard-copy bids will not be accepted; only electronically submitted bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System shall be considered.

Evaluation and award: Contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids in accordance with rules.
