Feroze1888 Mills Limited informs members, pursuant to Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017, that ten persons have filed notices offering themselves for election as Directors at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the Company scheduled for 20 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The EOGM will be held at the ICAP Auditorium, Chartered Accountants Avenue, Clifton, Karachi; participation via video link is available.
Because the number of persons who have offered themselves is not more than the number of Directors fixed by the Board under Section 159(1), the listed persons shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors of the Company at the EOGM for a term of three (3) years commencing on 20 July 2026.
