SRSO Tender for Hiring of Insurance Services

Issuing agency: Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO). SRSO invites sealed bids from reputable insurance service providers for procurement of multiple insurance covers for its operations.

How to obtain tender documents: TORs and complete details are available for download from the SRSO website (www.srso.org.pk). TOR availability period shown: 2016-07-01 to 2016-07-15.

Fees & securities: Submission requires a non-refundable demand draft/pay order of PKR 2,000. A bid security of 2% of the total bidding price (refundable) and a performance security of 5% of the contract price (refundable subject to successful completion) must be provided in favor of Sindh Rural Support Organization.

Submission instructions: Proposals must be submitted using the Single Stage — Single Envelope procedure. Each sealed outer envelope must contain two separate inner envelopes labelled in bold as "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and clearly marked to avoid confusion. Envelopes must be marked on the top right-hand corner.

Deadline and opening: Technical and financial proposals must reach the Procurement Unit at the address below by 2016-07-15 at 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
