Aitchison College Lahore Tender for Supply of Classroom Furniture (Two-Envelope Bidding)

Issuer: Bursar, Aitchison College, Lahore. Aitchison College invites sealed tenders from school furniture manufacturers for the supply of classroom furniture at its premises under a Single Stage: Two Envelope Bidding procedure.

Bids must be clearly marked: "SUPPLY OF CLASS ROOM FURNITURE – Technical Proposal (SUPPLY OF CLASS ROOM FURNITURE) – Financial Proposal". This is a two-envelope submission (Technical & Financial). The Principal, Aitchison College, Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.

Each bid must be accompanied by the following documents:

1. Name, address and telephone number.
2. Date of establishment of the firm.
3. Updated evidence of registration with PEC and other bodies (as applicable).
4. Details of similar works completed in the last 5 years with name of client/executing agency, job value and time of completion along with completion certificate from client or consultant.
5. Details of work in hand showing location and name of client.
6. Bio data of key personnel.
7. Details of plant/machinery.
8. Details of cases/litigations, if any.
9. Certificate regarding financial stability.
10. All bids must be accompanied by 3% bid security (refundable) as stated above.
