PDA E-Tender: Garbage Service (Manpower & Machinery) for Regi Model Town, Peshawar — Bid Due 2026-07-21

Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites e-tenders via EPADS for hiring manpower and machinery services for solid waste management (Garbage Service) at Regi Model Town, Peshawar. Procurement will follow KP-PPRA Rules 2014 on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis.

Key requirements & conditions:

- Bids must be submitted online through EPADS (visit https://www.eprocure.gov.pk for documents and submission).

- Mandatory documents: active NTN, active KPRA registration, affidavit of not being blacklisted, and any other documents listed in the bidding documents.

- Bid security: 2% earnest money in the form of Call Deposit in favor of Director General, Peshawar Development Authority, from scheduled banks as per applicable KP-PPRA rules.

- Incomplete/conditional/overwritten bids or bids not submitted via EPADS will be considered non-responsive.

- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the stated opening date/time.

- Firms must have active income tax and sales tax registration with FBR and be registered with relevant provincial tax authorities.

- Other standard terms, evaluation rules, and rights of the procuring entity (including rejection of all bids) apply as specified in the bidding documents.
