Extension of EOI Deadlines for Privatisation of FESCO, GEPCO & IESCO (Privatisation Commission, Govt. of Pakistan)

Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the privatisation of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) and Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). The offer is for acquisition of 51% to 100% share capital together with management control in each of FESCO, GEPCO and IESCO. Interested and qualified domestic and international investors/parties are invited to submit EOIs.
