How to obtain tender documents (TORs): TORs are available for download from the SRSO website (www.srso.org.pk) and may be obtained from the undersigned. TORs will be available from 2026-07-01 until 2026-07-15.
Submission requirements and fees: Bids will be accepted only on provision of a demand draft/pay order of PKR 2,000 (non-refundable) and a bid security of 2% of the total bid price (refundable). A performance security of 5% of the contract price (refundable subject to successful completion of contract) will be required in favor of Sindh Rural Support Organization. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy in a single sealed envelope containing two separate envelopes clearly marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL".
Deadline and opening: Proposals must reach the Procurement Unit at SRSO Complex, Shikarpur Road, Sukkur by 2026-07-15 at 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
