Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan — Northern Area's Region, Abbottabad.
Purpose: Invitation to e-Bids for 27 routine maintenance (RM) contracts for FY 2026-27 on N-35, N-125, N-15 and CPEC-HT (E-35).
Eligibility: Registered contractors with Income Tax Departments, listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10 for the listed works.
Procurement and submission: Bidding documents (Single Stage Two Envelope) and detailed terms and conditions will be available on the NHA website for free download from 2026-07-06. Bidders must submit e-bids through NHA's e-Bidding System. Hard copies (Manual Bids) will be eliminated; firms must be registered on the e-Procurement System (PPRA) at www.procure.gov.pk as required. Bids must reach the address on or before 2026-07-15 by 11:30 hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened on 2026-07-15 at 12:00 hours. Financial e-Bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as per the bid opening schedule. Non-compliant or false information may lead to disqualification and legal action.
