Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Sibi Division invites sealed bids from registered contractors/firms for development works in Kohlu District, Balochistan. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules.

Eligibility & requirements: Firms/contractors must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (renewed for 2025-26), valid registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority, and presence on the Federal Board of Revenue active taxpayer list (ATL). Other eligibility conditions include required experience, turnover and completion of similar assignments as detailed in the bidding documents.
Bid security & fees: Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required. Tender processing fee of PKR 1,600 per tender must be deposited as instructed in the bidding documents.
Procurement method & documents: Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure. Bidding documents and details (including bank challan & submission instructions) can be downloaded from the BPPRA website (www.bppra.org.pk) and as provided in the bidding documents.
Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Sibi Division at Sibi by 11:00 AM on 2026-06-23. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.
