Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is required (Category C-4 and above; specialized code CE-04 for dams/water retaining structures). The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature and demonstrate a minimum turnover and financial capacity as specified in the bidding document (document text references turnover and prior assignment requirements).
