National Tariff Commission Imposes Definitive Anti-Dumping Duties on Soda Ash from Türkiye and Kenya

National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan has issued a final determination and imposed definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of disodium carbonate (soda ash) originating in and/or exported from the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Kenya.

The period of investigation for dumping is 2020-04-01 to 2021-03-31 (injury period 2017-04-01 to 2021-03-31). The notice identifies specific exporters/producers and prescribes definitive ad-valorem duty rates for those named entities and for all other exporters; parties and importers should refer to the Commission’s published notice for the exact rates and compliance instructions.
