Survey of Pakistan — Government of Pakistan
2nd Reminder: Under the Surveying and Mapping Act, 2014, no public or private firm or individual, national or international, shall undertake any geospatial data collection, production or analysis work and surveying and mapping activities unless registered with the Surveyor of Pakistan. Only firms and individuals registered with the Surveyor of Pakistan are permitted to carry out such activities.
All unregistered firms, companies and surveyors currently conducting surveying and mapping work in Pakistan are required to register with the Surveyor of Pakistan by 2026-07-30 (non-extendable). Legal action will be taken against those remaining unregistered after the due date as per the provisions of the Act.
