KP-TEVTA Tender: Refurbishment & Women’s Hostel/Entrance Works at GTV/Government Polytechnic Centers

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (KP-TEVTA), Sector E-8 Near Hajj Complex, Phase-7, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Electronic bids are invited on EPADS from reputable and eligible engineering firms for refurbishment works to establish women’s facilities at Government TV/Government Polytechnic sites.

Key conditions and submission instructions:

• Download bidding documents from KP-TEVTA website (www.kptevta.gov.pk) or EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk).
• Submit Technical & Financial bids electronically on EPADS in high-resolution format strictly as per the tender documents and evaluation criteria.
• Tender document fee: Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) to be deposited to Bank of Khyber, KTH Branch (A/C Title: M.D. KP-TEVTA). Proof of payment must be submitted as specified.
• Bidders must be registered with PEC (C-6 or above), registered & active on EPADS, and comply with applicable tax and KPRA requirements.
• Bid security/earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required as specified in the tender documents.
• Only bids submitted through EPADS will be accepted; original bid security instruments and required hard documents must be delivered as directed in the tender document.
• The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable KP procurement rules.
