Tender Notice: Supply Contracts for DHQ Teaching Hospital Mardan (FY 2026-27)

The Medical Superintendent, District Headquarters Teaching Hospital, Mardan invites tenders via the E-PAD online system for multiple supply contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Bids must be uploaded through E-PAD and the required call deposit submitted by registered post to the Medical Superintendent's office.

Deadline to upload bids: 2026-08-01 10:00 AM; call deposits must reach the office by 11:00 AM the same day. Tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders by the authorized committee. Rates are valid until 2027-06-30. Procurement includes bedding & clothing, miscellaneous consumables (detergents, brooms, soaps), medical gases, laboratory chemicals, blood bank items, stationery and digital X-ray films; call deposit amounts are specified per lot (PKR 40,000–160,000). Taxes and duties will be deducted as per law; only E-PAD submissions will be accepted.
