Key terms and conditions (summary):
- University may discontinue the service or cancel the agreement at any time with prior notice. In case of reduction in staff, the University may reduce the number of vehicles with one month prior notice to the contractor.
- Fuel, repair and maintenance expenses are contractor's responsibility. Contractor must maintain fitness of buses and provide alternate bus and timely arrival of staff in case of breakdown.
- In case of non-availability of transport on any day there will be a deduction of Rs. 15,000 per day for 1x Bus.
- Contractor must provide transport if requirements arise on weekends/holidays. Exact pick & drop timings will be notified at tender opening.
