Head Credit Policy (SVP-I / SVP)	01	Minimum 10+ years relevant experience (preference to candidates with agri/agribusiness credit experience)	Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC-recognized institute (National / International)	Formulate, review and update Bank’s Credit Policy and Credit Manual; ensure robust risk management frameworks and lending practices. Develop and implement accessible agricultural credit policies and tailored delivery mechanisms to support farming community. Manage annual account closing process; prepare and submit annual financial budgets and regulatory returns related to credit portfolio. Oversee credit product approvals, provisioning and classification; supervise performance of credit schemes and product implementation. Authorize e-Credit Scheme and PLRA project operations; implement credit documentation, collateral and loan records controls. Coordinate with stakeholders including SBP, provincial governments and other public/private organizations on credit policy matters.
Credit Operation (VP-I / VP)	01	Minimum 10+ years relevant experience (preference to candidates with agri/agribusiness credit experience)	Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC-recognized institute (National / International)	Prepare, implement and monitor Bank’s annual credit plan covering geographical potential, product mix and target focus areas. Monitor regional disbursement performance, ensure achievement of established disbursement targets and portfolio quality. Conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of operational credit schemes to align with strategic objectives. Manage registration and approval of tractor manufacturers, suppliers and models; implement agri-lending policies as directed by Board/Government/SBP. Address borrower complaints and coordinate with public bodies including Prime Minister’s Secretariat, SBP and relevant ministries. Oversee collection performance, ensure timely submission of MIS and reporting to the management.
