PIMH Lahore Tender & Auction Notice FY 2026-27 — Linen, Uniforms, Reagents, TMS & General Auction

Issuer: Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH), Lahore. How to apply / bid:

- Submit e-Bids online on e-PADS: https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Hard copies of e-Bids are not required.

- Bid security: 1% of the estimated cost for articles/items (and for the auction a bid security of Rs. 30,000/- by CDR/Cash is specified).

- Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening of bids.

- Bidding documents are available after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab e-procurement portal and from Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) portals as referenced in the notice.

Other conditions:

- Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

- PIMH will not be responsible for any cost incurred by bidders or for technical/internet failures preventing e-Bid submission; late or in-person submission of bid security will lead to rejection.
