PESCO Invitation to E-Bid: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of APMS Devices and Distribution Transformers (Tender No. 2025-26/MM-227, E-PADS P42851)

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO).

Procurement purpose: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of APMS devices and distribution transformers for ten feeders under PESCO Peshawar Circle, Khyber Circle, Mardan Circle and D.I. Khan Circle as a complete end-to-end solution.

How to obtain documents / submit: Bidding documents and detailed terms, conditions, specifications and quantity requirements are available on the e-PADS platform (EPADS v2.0). Bidders must register on the firm version of EPADS v2.0 and submit e-bids via the e-PADS system. Sealed original instruments (call deposit / bank guarantee for bid security) must be delivered in envelope to Room No. 350, MM Directorate, PESCO, 14/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar before the stated closing time.

Bid security: A bid security is required as described in the Bid Security section of the bidding document. Acceptable forms include Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of CDO PESCO, Peshawar. Conditional, partial, incomplete bids or bids with incomplete documentation and/or missing sealed original call deposit/bank guarantee will be rejected.

Notes: Bidders are required to submit their e-bids through EPADS by the advertised closing time. A grievance/representation committee is notified for this procurement in terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
