Abbottabad Public School Tender: Multiple Service & Supply Contracts 2026-27 — Submit by 2026-06-27

Issuer: Abbottabad Public School (Principal: Akhtar Ali Qureshi).

Abbottabad Public School invites sealed bids from reputable firms/individuals registered with FBR and KPRA (and Income Tax where applicable) for multiple contracts for the year 2026–2027. Bidders with Point of Sale (POS) systems will be given preference. Bids will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions in the bidding documents and KPPRA rules.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents are available from the Admin Block of Abbottabad Public School during office hours up to 2026-06-26 on payment of Rs. 2,000 per contract (non-refundable). The required CDR amount as bid security is specified in the bidding documents; the CDR must be in favour of the Principal, Abbottabad Public School.

Submission & opening: Tenders/bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 10:00 AM on or before 2026-06-27. Late bids will be treated as non-responsive. Received bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on 2026-06-27 at the Principal's Office, Abbottabad Public School, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting for intended bidders will be held on 2026-06-25 at 11:00 AM in the Admin Block of Abbottabad Public School.

Eligibility & terms: Bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA (and Income Tax where applicable). All quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (OST, KPRA, all Income Tax, Professional Tax, Stamp Duty, DPR etc.). Negotiation on quoted rates is not allowed under the rules. All rates will be applicable until 2027-06-30. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
