Bid documents and submission: Bidding documents, specifications and forms are available on EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 2026-07-24 at 11:00 hrs (PST). Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-07-24 at 11:30 hrs (PST).

Bid security: The original hard copy of the bid security must be submitted on or before 11:00 hrs (PST) on 2026-07-24; otherwise the electronic bid will not be accepted. No late submission of bid security will be accepted.

Other notes: NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procuring agency is not responsible for any technical issues on EPADS related to the bidder module; bidders are solely responsible for timely submission.
