Issuing authority: Balochistan Forest & Wildlife Department in collaboration with the Public-Private Partnership Authority (BPPPA). Invitation for International Competitive Bidding (ICB) to design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer a Carbon Offset Project (Afforestation, Reforestation and Revegetation — ARR) in coastal Balochistan.
