PHE Division Swat-1 Tender: Repair & Maintenance of Water Supply Schemes 2026-27 (CE-09)

Purpose: Repair & maintenance (civil works) in existing water supply schemes in PHE Division Swat-1 for the year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms/contractors having specialization code CE-09 in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS.

Key conditions:

- Bids must be submitted through http://eprocure.gov.pk.

- Contractors must be registered with KP Revenue Authority with active status (as per KPPRA rules).

- Last date and time for submission: 2026-07-15 at 11:00 A.M. Submission (through courier) will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of government contractors or their authorized representatives who choose to be present.

- Bid security, additional security and detailed rate analysis (if quoted rate is more than 20% below the Engineer's Estimate) shall be submitted as per KPARA Notification No. S.R.O (14) / Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022 along with the bid in a sealed envelope before the closing date and time to the office of the undersigned.
