GIK Institute Tender for Supply of Cooking Sauces, Spices and Edible Oil

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK) invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from original manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers who are registered with tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List for the supply of cooking sauces, recipe mixes, plain spices, salt and edible oil (brands listed include Shan, National, Dalda, Meezan, Sufi, Eva, Golden Sun, or other well-established brands).

Bidding documents are available for download from the GIK website (www.gik.edu.pk) or for collection from GIK Admin Block Room #F-09. Tender fee Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable). Submit sealed bids with all required documents and Rs. 50,000 earnest money to the Deputy Director Procurement, GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi (KP) by 1400 Hours on 2026-07-31; proposals will be opened at 1430 Hours the same day.
