Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) invites sealed bids from Income Tax/GST-registered firms/companies with relevant experience for the provision of janitorial/cleaning services. Estimated cost: Rs 13.300 million; required bid security: 2% (Rs 0.266 million) in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Rawalpindi Development Authority.
Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Documents are available during working hours or for download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Submit sealed bids to the office of RDA Rawalpindi by 2026-07-28 09:30 AM and upload an electronic copy via the e-procurement portal before the closing time; bids will be opened on 2026-07-28 at 10:00 AM.
