Purpose: Invitation for technical and financial proposals for turn-key uplift renovation work at Bahria Auditorium, Karachi.

Scope (key areas):

How to obtain tender documents: Documents can be obtained from the Booking Office, Bahria Auditorium on any working day between 0900–1500 hrs before the closing date upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 10,000/-.

Tender fee and bid security: A Bank Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 100,000/- (bid security) must accompany the tender. Cheques will not be accepted. Quotations and rates will remain valid for 90 days after opening of the tender.

Submission method and schedule: Use the two-envelope system (technical and financial proposals submitted separately). Proposals must be submitted by 2028-07-20 at 10:00 hrs. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:00 hrs in the presence of firms' representatives at the PMM Conference Room.
