NADRA Tender: Procurement of 3 Mailing Machines (NADRA-HQ-RFB-75/2026)

Issuer: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. NADRA invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of 03 x Mailing Machines (complete unit) under Tender No. NADRA-HQ-RFB-75/2026.

Eligibility: National or local firms must have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and must be on the active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-30 at 11:00 hrs (PST) at NADRA HO, G-5/2, Islamabad. Only one representative per bidder will be allowed to join the pre-bid meeting. An online participation option (Zoom) was provided by the procuring agency.

Submission method and deadlines: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Deadline for electronic submission is 2026-07-24 at 11:00 hrs (PST). Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs (PST). Manual bids will not be accepted. The original hard copy of the bid security must be submitted on or before 2026-07-24 at 11:00 hrs (PST); late bid security will not be accepted.

Other conditions: NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders are responsible for timely electronic submission and for resolving any technical issues with EPADS.
