Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan), Maintenance Region (M-4).
Purpose: Invitation to submit bids for highway safety works — providing and fixing of barbed wire (NBC & SBC) on Motorway M-4 (Multan–Pindi Bhattian).
Bid documents (Method of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelopes) will be available for free download from the NHA website from 2026-06-25. Procurement will be carried out through NHA's e-bidding system. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration Category C-5 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10.
