PMDC Invitation of E-Bids for Works at Quetta Branch (Fiber Parking Shed & Chain Link Fencing)

Issuer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), an autonomous corporation under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan.

PMDC invites electronic bids (lot-wise) from interested parties/contractors having valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and respective revenue boards for income tax and sales tax, and who are on the active taxpayer list (Income & Sales Tax).

Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, bid security, bid opening, and other instructions, are available electronically and can be downloaded from the EPADs / PPRA website (cprocure.gov.pk) free of cost.

Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents. Bid money (as stated above) must be provided in the shape of a demand draft / pay order in the name of Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation on account of the bidder. Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADs on or before 2026-07-20 at 03:00 PM. Tenders will be opened on EPADs on the same date at 03:30 PM in the presence of participants who wish to attend.

Important: The original Bid Security instrument must be submitted to the undersigned before the online submission deadline; otherwise the respective bid will not be opened.
