Land Acquisition Notice for Government Girls Middle School, Killi Risaldar Sariab, Quetta

Deputy Commissioner/Collector, Quetta District, has issued a declaration under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for the acquisition of land measuring 7,200 sq. ft. located in Mouza Khushkaba Karezat Sariab, Tappa Kechi Baig, Tehsil Sariab, Quetta. The land is required by the Education Department for the establishment of a Government Girls Middle School (Killi Risaldar Sariab, Quetta).

Any person with an interest in the land who objects to the proposed acquisition may file written objections, under Section 5(A) of the Act, before the Deputy Commissioner/Collector, Quetta District within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notification.

The Deputy Commissioner/Collector has authorized officers, their servants and workmen to enter upon and survey the land and perform other acts permitted by the said section in connection with the acquisition.

Objections must be submitted in writing to the Deputy Commissioner/Collector, Quetta District. No exact closing date is specified in the notice beyond "within Thirty Days of the publication of this notification."
