NHA M-4 Invitation to Bid: Barbed Wire Installation on Motorway M-4 (KM 0–292) — HS-M4-427 & HS-M4-428

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Maintenance Region M-4. Invitation to bid for highway safety works to provide and fix barbed wire (NBC & SBC) on Motorway M-4 (Multan–Pindi Bhattian).

Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration Category C-5 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10.

Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelopes via NHA e-bidding system. Bidding documents will be available for free download from the NHA website from 2026-06-25. Prospective bidders should monitor the website for updates and addenda.
