Habib Metropolitan Bank has filed a recovery suit at the Federal Judicial Complex, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar (Case No. 32/8 of 2026) naming Mohammad Khurshid son of Hamd Rashid. The defendant is notified by public advertisement to respond to the proceedings initiated by the bank.
