The District Education Officer, Mardan (Zahid Muhammad) invites sealed bids for public auction of unusable classrooms at several government primary and high schools in Mardan district. Interested parties must deposit PKR 50,000 as earnest money in the office during office hours before the scheduled bid date. The successful bidder must pay one-quarter of the total amount on award.
Bids are scheduled on specific dates between 2026-08-13 and 2026-08-26 depending on the school. Debris must be removed from the site within 15 days of approval or penalties will apply. Applicable taxes apply under government policy. The competent authority may accept, wholly or partially, or reject any bid without assigning a reason.
