Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO).
Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for hiring services of a firm for deployment/outsourcing of ALM in LESCO. Selection will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) using the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligibility: Reputable and eligible bidders registered on EPADS 2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Submission of bids and detailed documents is through the PPRA-EPADS 2.0 system.
